    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have checked the above steps however it's still not working. How long does it take for the payment to be processed? I can see that it's concertrc to premium in my account but not reflected onto any of my devices&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;Motorola Moto X Play, Dell Inspiron 13z&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Operating System&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Android Noughat 7.1.1, Microsoft Windows 10&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;My Question or Issue&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;I have recently upgraded to the premium account, however I am not able to access it accross any platforms. I have tried reinstalling the apps both on the desktop and the mobile along with logging in and ou several times.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
