My Question or Issue

This has been an issue for quite some time and I'm noticing it more and more as ads become videos instead of just audio. The ads and some music videos even either won't load, will load sporatically, or just freeze up spotify completely and I have to close it and reopen to play again. Video/ad system needs to be adjusted for slower connections, I use it mostly at work and the wifi can be a bit spotty at times. Music plays fine, ads/videos fail horribly.

I can understand that it is frustrating when your videos don't load, it happens to me too occasionally. Currently, there is no way to change the video:audio ad ratio, but if you would llike to suggest this to the Spotify staff, consider making a thread here: https://community.spotify.com/t5/Live-Ideas/idb-p/ideas_live

Have you tried a clean reinstall to see if the video ads improve?
