Hey Shayne,

As far as I know, Razer Blackwidows (I have one myself (: ) don't have any binds to control volume for specific things. It will just lower the volume of any noises that will be made by your system and the application it's running. What you can do though, is try to access the razer synapse software and see if there's a way for you to create a key bind in connection volume of spotify songs. For that issue you're having with FN F6 to play through songs, since that is bothering you in games of CSGO, if you are on windows 10, you could shift tab out of your game, change the volume which will bring up the volume 'control panel' where if you are playing music, will appear along with next song & prev song buttons. Let me know if you need anymore help, i'll try my best!

Have a nice day!

Do follow me if you'd like! https://open.spotify.com/user/tomatounit?si=O1dQqlOPSXqZn79PpbC9dA
