Once again I'm here searching for help but unable to find.

Please, this errors in the attached images keep happening and I am feeling befooled being a premium member and having such a stressful moment with the app.

Also kindly create an e-mail so that we can contact you directly about troubleshooting because Twitter is definetely NOT the option. I am for help not for gossip.

It is a shame that the clients feel unable to have the right feedback.

I even tried to post it here before and another strange error (as photo shows) jumped on the screen and I lost my previous written content.

Waiting for help ASAP.
