W10 + Spotify APP

So I have a Ducky shine 5 with pause, mute, volume- and volume+ buttons in the top right of the keyboard. when I press the volume buttons, W10 registers that the song volume should be muted, lowering or rising but spotify does not change. my pause button does not work at all.

I have tried the follow trouble shooting steps.

1. clean install of spotify

2. using function button as well as keybindings

3. updating driver software

I think the issue is not on Spotify, it's working on my Das Keyboard S and Logitech mouse.

Try updating the firmware of your keyboard and if the issue persist contact Ducky

when I had a keyboard without media keys i remapped the F6-F12 buttons with "keytweak" maybe that helps
