It should open the Menu.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If yes, try going to View and click on Hardware Acceleration (will disable it). Spotify will then restart.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Are you using a roaming profile?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Let me know how it goes &lt;span class="lia-unicode-emoji" title=":slightly_smiling_face:"&gt;🙂&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Good day Sebasty, thank you for the reply!&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Indeed, Alt makes the Menu appear. Went in there and disabled HW Acceleration.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thank you for the help, I was listening to music on my laptop&amp;nbsp;via phone commands, lately &lt;span class="lia-unicode-emoji" title=":slightly_smiling_face:"&gt;🙂&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
