Windows Desktop App Blank Screen

My Question or Issue

The application window is blank. No way to interact with the app except starting and closing it from the task bar.

Restarted, reinstalled, used the last available version.

Please advise.

Sorry to hear about this issue!

Does hitting the Alt key cause anything to pop up in the Spotify window? It should open the Menu.

If yes, try going to View and click on Hardware Acceleration (will disable it). Spotify will then restart.

Are you using a roaming profile?

Indeed, Alt makes the Menu appear. Went in there and disabled HW Acceleration.

Thank you for the help, I was listening to music on my laptop via phone commands, lately 🙂
