My Question or Issue

My wife and I cannot use bluetooth access simultaneously to our playlists without getting "crosstalk" between our playlists. How do we run our own playlists at the same time, without affecting the other's?

Hey @w-o_gcy9m0al.

Just to confirm, are you getting any error messages when this happens? Could you give us a bit more info about what exactly happens when you both use Spotify via Bluetooth? We'll see what to suggest.

In the meantime, make sure you're each using Spotify from your own account, instead of sharing the same one on both devices.

My reply question is, how does someone select which account one is currently using? And no, there are no error messages that I can see.

No worries!

To make sure you're logged in to your own accounts, just log out of Spotify, and make sure you're logging in to different Spotify accounts.

If each person has their own Spotify account, you must have different log in details.
