Hey @Zach013

That's an irritating issue, but there are things you can check out to get rid of this problem. 🙂

Windows' audio settings are a common culprit:

The audio enhancements:
1. Go to Taskbar, find and click on the speaker icon. Click the speaker/device icon again on the volume slider popup.
2. Go to Sound Enhancement tab and disable them.
3. If there are additional tabs like Dolby or similar, try disabling these too.

The Communications setting:
1. Find the speaker icon on Taskbar again. Right-click on it and select Sounds.
2. In the opened window go to Communications and set Windows to do nothing.

If these didn't work yet, please let me know the version of Spotify (from Windows Store or not) and whether or not you have audio interfaces other than onboard soundcard, or if you're using Bluetooth. 🙂

Let me know how it goes!

Ever since I downloaded spotify on my computer (windows) it's sounded trash from day 1. I have premium with the High Quality option turned on and still sounds terrible, anyone know any fixes? I've tried turning off Normalize volume but it did nothing.
