Spotify Premium skipping like a broken record 29.6.18

My Question or Issue

Was working fine until today, every track starts playing fine then after 10 seconds starts to skip like a broken record with the timeline jumping all over the place, I have this issue on my Android phone and Windows 7. As you can imagine it's not useable.

So far I have tried logging out and in again, completely re-installing spotify, deleting everything including clearing the cache, disabling hardware acceleration but nothing has worked. Also tried using it on my phone and connecting to my desktop but same issue.

Spotify is not playing any songs on the web. I've tried every suggestion online and it is not working.

Try to play using Spotify Web . I bey it will work without any problem. The desktop app is bugged as **bleep** concerning the buffer management
