My Question or Issue

I create a collaborative playlist with my free Spotify account but none of my friends can access to the playlist to add, erase o modify the playlist. Please I need some help. Thanks.

Can you give us a bit more info on what happens when they try adding tracks to your playlist?

For now, you can try logging out and back in a few times to see if it helps.

Hello Sergio. My friendz can only see and play the music on the playlist. They can't add, erase or modify it. I'm the only who can add and modify the playlist. I select the option make playlist collaborative but for my friends it doesn't work.

Hey @juanchird.

Thanks for getting back to us. Are they following the playlist? They won't be able to make changes to it if they're not.

If they are, but are unable to add tracks, ask them to log out and back in a few times to see if it helps.
