Unable to connect with Facebook

My Question or Issue

When I click "connect to facebook" Nothing appears until I press "ALT-TAB" on my keyboard. I can then see the facebook login prompt but cannot click on it. I also cannot find the window anywhere else. See photo for further understanding.

Things Ive tried
- Turning off my popup blocker on my default web browser (Chrome)
- Changing my default web browser to internet explorer. Still cannot seem to open this window!

This may be a bug. Let me know if anything can be done as Id like to connect with friends and share music.

Hey @filotima92, welcome to the Community!

Are you on an office network? If so, Facebook might be blocked, making this process difficult. If that's the case, you can ask the IT department to make a change so you can get it done.

If that's not the case, try doing a clean reinstall to see if it makes a difference.

Hola. Yo también tuve ese mismo problema hace bastante tiempo, con el wifi de casa; lo reinstalé por lo menos dos veces y el problema persistía. Lamentablemente, hasta ahora se mantiene, más bien creí que habría una solución después de tantos meses. No puedo compartir ni ver la actividad de mis amigos. Estoy seguro que esto le pasa a muchísima gente.
