Windows startup opens browser with weird spotify link that does not open

When windows 10 starts up, my browser starts up with this link:

https://accounts.spotify.com/authorize/?client_id=<blahblahblah>&response_type=code&redirect_uri=http://127.0.0.1:7476&state=XSS&scope=user-read-playback-state%20user-modify-playback-state&show_dialog=False

but closes automatically after a few seconds. the <blahblahblah> part is a bunch of letters and numbers that's probably related to my "client id"? since it's right next to it so i censored it and replaced it with <blahblahblah>. Anyway, that's the issue. Every. Time. My windows laptop opens, I get that.

That's odd. How long has this been going on for? Did the issue start happening after an OS or Spotify update?

If you haven't already tried it, try a clean reinstall to see if it helps.
