Friend Activity Not Showing Up in Sidebar

My Question or Issue

Once again, having issues with friend activity showing up on the sidebar - I know that a friend is playing music, but only her username (and none of her music) shows up on my sidebar under the "more friends" column.

People are paying for "premium" spotify and something as simple as a friend's music feed should be a feature that works.

I've seen multiple cases on this forum of people having issues with their friend activity not working properly - why is this something that is taking your team 4+ months to fix? Are you working like 2 hr work weeks or something?
