My Question or Issue

Hey, is it possibly to add (or enable) saving the currently playing song and song history periodically (basically whenever the current song changes).

I often shut down my PC or have situations where I'm not able to close spotify normally by just closing the window. in both of these cases It doesn't save anything and everything (current song, play history) will revert back to how it was since the last startup of Spotify.

I am afraid that feature is not available. However, if you would like, you can submit it in Idea Submissions board or support it if this idea has been already submitted.

After thinking about it again this is more of a bug report than a features request, basic functionality such as saving configuration files should just be part of the application.
