zombie process after uninstalling spotify

My Question or Issue

I uninstalled Spotify to see if it would help with the zombie process because Spotify would hang and not close at all. Now that it's uninstalled there is still a Spotify process in the background and I can't reinstall Spotify. Please fix this or help me!! I have attached the task manager window showing Spotify running and the installer error.

I know it sounds simple, but it's often overlooked. Could you try restarting your device?

If you're still having trouble, could you let me know the exact version of Spotify and the exact version of the operating system you're running?

I'll see what I can suggest next!
