Facebook login impossible Windows Vista

Hello everyone,

I cannot login via facebook because there is always the error "Facebook login for your Spotify client is no longer supported. Please upgrade to a newer version of Spotify. Download the latest version of Spotify"

However, I am using the newest client for Windows Vista. Furthermore, I tried to login with my regular facebook email and password which was not accepted either (error no. 3).

I also tried it with firefox and chrome (without any plugins/addons). Using the app on Facebook did not work either because the web player did not start.

Does anyone have another idea?

Sorry to hear you're having trouble with this. We'll definitely be able to help out though.

Is this happening on a home or office network? If you're on a home network, try resetting your network to see if it helps.

If you're on an office network, check to make sure there aren't any restrictions that might be blocking Facebook. This can prevent you from logging in.
