Default Username on Windows app

My Question or Issue

I didn't setup a Spotify account when I opened the app on my new computer, I signed out by accident and now I can't log back in. Anyone knows what is the default account that Windows creates for you when using Spotify?

Hey @sanadwir Welcome to the Spotify Community!

When you first create an account the information like username and password will be in the email that you used to sign up with. Check in that email and there should be the information that you need to sign into your account.
