Good Morning! (Well at least it is for me!)

Spotify does have staff presence here, however they like to let members of the community help solve issues first. Any account/subscription related issues will usually get escalated to a Spotify Support Team member.

Thanks.

Here is another thread because apparently this issue still isn't fixed after a few years. When I click the + button to save songs I hear while using my Android, it saves those songs to a playlist called "Songs". When I got to the same playlist on my desktop app, it doesn't stay current. It's far behind on synced songs and doesn't have my most recent.

Other threads have listed you need put both apps in offline mode, close them down for 5-10 minutes, then restart them and the playlists will be synced.

1.) This does not work for me. The only thing thats works is uninstalling/reinstalling my desktop app.

2.) This is an absurd fix either way you have to do it. I can't believe this has become standard after all this time.

When I pay $15 a month for something and it has this issue for this long, that really makes me second guess if I should go pay some other service instead. How have this many people raised a point of this issue after such a long amount of time and the Spotify dev team still haven't fixed it. Either help provide me a solution or I'm transferring over to Google Music because this is ridiculous and extremely annoying.

Hi tshives26, and welcome to the community!

I have had a similar issue in the past where songs I was deleting from my library weren't being deleted on all devices. A quick DM to @SpotifyCares on Twitter had them solving my issue within 30 minutes. I highly recommend that you check out one of the following support channels in order to get assistance as soon as possible:

Twitter

Contact Form

Thanks, and have a lovely day!

Thanks, I'll give that a shot. Is there no form of staff presence on these forums? Any devs or community representatives around to give a response on why this issue still persists after all this time? Its kind of odd to have no one here to respond to inquiries.
