Sound issue with Spotify on My PC

My Question or Issue

Hi there,

I've a very strange problem with Spotify on my local PC.

If I try to play any song, the song seems start fine but no audio for me.

It's not a driver issueor audio issue relative to the PC, because it's a mistery, but Spotify works fine if I open Spotify on Web.

This is the procedure that I've to to every day to have a Spotify good.

I open Spotify Local, then open Spotify Web.

I play any song on Spotify Web and then I can work correctly with my Spotify.

I tried many times to empty the spotify folder and reinstall it but no solution for me.

Any help will be appreciated.

Hi there,

There could be a few "simple" problems with this.
1. Check if your soundbar in Spotify app is not muted and is at full volume
2. Check that Spotify isn't connected to another device (next to the volume button there should be an icon that looks like a computer/device. Click on that - it should say "Listening on: This computer".

It’s not the issue, only one device is connected and volume obviously is ok.
