Sliders ( Volume , Time ) dont work

My Question or Issue

I want to skip to a certain point in the song but the slider doesnt move with left mouse drag . Also clicking doesnt work. Same issue with the Volume.

The volume though can be changed with the mouse wheel.

I know it sounds simple, but it's often overlooked. Could you try restarting your device? If that doesn't help, try a quick clean reinstall of the app. Just follow these steps.

If you're still having trouble, could you let me know the exact version of Spotify and the exact version of the operating system you're running?

I am afraid it didnt help.

I Restarted the App , the PC and reinstalled the App , but nothing happened.

Exept the Spotify Problem i also have to press ctrl alt del at the start before using my PC to be abled to press the Windows Ions in the taskbar and on the desktop
