&lt;P&gt;About the error message you're getting on desktop, is it happening with your local files, or the Spotify catalog?&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;If logging out and back in doesn't help, try &lt;A href="https://support.spotify.com/article/reinstallation-of-spotify/" target="_blank"&gt;reinstalling&lt;/A&gt;&amp;nbsp;Spotify before giving it another shot. Also, make sure your sound drivers are up to date, as this could also be the cause of the issue.&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;i dont have any music save to ssd/hhd on pc all my music is from spotify playlist, i've uninstalled/reinstalled still says same thing at top of program when on pc&lt;/P&gt;</description>
