Cannot install on windows 10

My Question or Issue

Both installers do not open, I have tried opening as administrator and opening in win7 compatibility mode. No results.

A third installer - http://download.spotify.com/Spotify%20Installer.exe - opens, but will now allow me to sign in using Facebook, as it is an older version.

This is very frustrating. I expect your swift response

Coud you pleas attach a screenshot of the issue you're having?

Do you get any error messages when trying to open it?

Have you tried to install in on another user account on you PC?
