I see others on this support website complaining about the same issue on different hardware. Sounds like a Spotify PC application problem to me.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Plan&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Premium&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Country&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;USA&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Device&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;PC&amp;nbsp;+ iPhone 6&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Operating System&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Windows 10 + iOS&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;My Question or Issue&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;For years now I have used Spotify at work, placing my phone on a dock speaker, and controlling all of the queue from my desktop PC.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Today, that seems to no longer work. I can control my PC with my phone, but not the other way around.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have clean re-installed already. Restarted both phone and computer.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I don't know what to do. I believe there was a recent update that may have broken this functionality.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi there!&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I know it sounds simple, but it's often overlooked. Could you try restarting your device? Sorry if that may sound as repetitive but if that doesn't help, try a quick clean reinstall of the app following&amp;nbsp;&lt;A href="https://support.spotify.com/using_spotify/troubleshooting/reinstallation-of-spotify/" target="_blank"&gt;these steps&lt;/A&gt;. I'd also recommend using a differrent network to test it &lt;span class="lia-unicode-emoji" title=":slightly_smiling_face:"&gt;🙂&lt;/span&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;If you're still having trouble, could you let me know the exact version of Spotify and the exact version of the operating system you're running?&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I'll see what I can suggest next!&lt;/P&gt;</description>
