I have tried:

Tested all countries and the "for me"/ "everywhere" options

Log out / in

Turn off / on

Reinstall

Still not working.

What to do next?

I can't see the top track list and most of the album listis greyed out too.

I'm having the same issue. Top list is empty no matter which option I chose.

The albums is viewable but most are greyed out, the top list of numbers/tracks isn't viewable at all.

I tried logging out loggin back in, reinstalling, restarting...nothing solved.

I'm a long time premium user and have never had this issue before.

Same problem here, I can view the top albums and artist in some areas, but not the top tracks.

The Spotify team are investigating issues with Top Lists. For now you should be able to access very similar content in Browse > Top Lists.

As recently as two weeks ago my top lists and my friend's top lists were updating daily to reflect new listening, but about two weeks ago they all froze, top lists 123, recently listened to artists and all have been frozen for about two weeks now - is this the problem they are looking into? I am confused about why it works great for a while and then gets stuck like the algorithm is getting clogged...

Top Lists on friends profiles where removed a while back to my knowledge due to reports of being vastly inaccurate, wondering is that still the case.
