      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Plan&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Premium&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Country&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;USA&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Device&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Windows surface Pro&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Operating System&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Windows 10&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;I just got my surface legitamately 2 weeks ago for my birthday. I downloaded spotify and it was working like a charm for a few days. Then I had to go back to school, an hour away from my house and all of a sudden, spotify doesn't work. I can't play songs on my playlists, I can't play any songs from the search engine, yet the spotify on my surface phone works just fine in every way. I have shut it down, turned it back on, tried everything I can think of. If anyone has ANY suggestions, I am all for them. Thank you.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>Ok, so I did get an error message. What happens is I click to play a song,&lt;BR /&gt;and a blue bar appears at the top and says " Spotify can't play this right&lt;BR /&gt;now. If you have the file on your computer you can import it". It says it&lt;BR /&gt;on music I've downloaded, from the internet, but only on my surface.&lt;BR /&gt;</description>
