Certain local files won't play

My Question or Issue

I have many local files in a playlist and all of them work except for my 4:44 download. These songs worked in the past and I have them downloaded on my iPhone X where I can still play them. I can also play them on groove music but when I try to play them on spotify I get the message, "Spotify can't play this right now. If you have the file on your computer you can import it."

Try disabling local files and re-enabling them in Spotify app.

Is there any way to do that other than just going to settings and saying not to show songs from the different sources? Because if not that sadly did not work.
