&lt;P&gt;Since you mention that you can't hear any sounds from the app, first give a try on the troubleshooting steps on this&amp;nbsp;&lt;A href="https://support.spotify.com/using_spotify/troubleshooting/playback-issues/" target="_blank"&gt;support site article&lt;/A&gt;.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If that doesn't help,&amp;nbsp;it's worth a shot checking to see if there any hardware updates for your device's sound card.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
