    <description>&lt;P&gt;First Force quit Spotify trough Windows task manager now...&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Go here:&amp;nbsp;C:\Users\USERNAME(replace this with your actual username in your computer)\AppData\Roaming\Spotify\Users&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;In here you will find a users folder click that one and then locate a file named&amp;nbsp;local-files.bnk delete this file and then re launch Spotify again. Now hopefully it will work normally for you!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Plan&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Free&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Country&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;uk&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Operating System&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Windows 10&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;My Question or Issue&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;I have recently removed lots of Local files from my PC. Not spotify will not stream those songs (Spotify cant play right now. If you have the file on your computer you can import it)&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;These songs are avaliable to stream, as I can through alt pcs.&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Any fix for this?&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
