My Question or Issue

I have a problem with the Spotify PC app. When I am listenning three or five songs in a row, appear an advertising but it is logic because my plan is free and not problem with the advertising because I don't mind. The issue is that theses ads crash the program and I have that reset it.

This problem disappear when reinstall the app but two days after, the problem repeat.

Are there any solutions for this issue?

Hello EmiCalvin,

If you are having a problem with ads crashing your Spotify program, consider closing some unneeded programs that are left open on your computer. This may allow your PC to prioritize the Spotify program and give it the resources it needs. If this does not work, try using Windows+G while inside Spotify, and turning on the option that says "Game Mode". This will also enhance the performance of Spotify.

Hi davidcola, I tryed that, but don't work. With respect to other programs when I play music generally I don't use other than Spotify. I don't know what is the origin of the problem.
