I cannot post ideas. I found some answers in others posts but they were unclear. I understand you need a certain rank to post ideas. But at what rank do I get the option to post ideas? I have the rank music fan.

Thanks, found it. I can access it through the menu. Going to ideas on the homepage was the wrong path. I can find it now.
