HIGH CPU Usage on Windows Desktop

This issue happens on all my computers (Mac & PC) , since 2 years or more.

The problem occurs when I play a playlist folder (even on pause), my CPU usage go to 30-40%. Thats a lot for a music player is not it ? I tried evrything, changed computers and installs, problem is always there.

The problem has never been solved, except that Spotify removed this playlist folder feature on mobile, certainly for that reason, maybe not to drain batteries;
