My Question or Issue

I am using the Windows store version of Spotify. Right after I installed Spotify and logged, I went to advanced settings to change the local files location (change it to my secondary drive).
When I do this, it tells me to restart Spotify, and right after the restart, the setting is back to its original state.
There are new files in the folder I first specified, but I'm not sure it's the one Spotify is using as it's now the one shown in the settings.

I'd be happy to give you more informations to help you fix this nasty bug !
