Offline Music randomly deleting.

My Question or Issue

All of my offline music has deleted itself maybe 5 times now in the past 3 weeks.

Does anyone else have this problem?

I've already removed all offline devices and am just using Spotify on my laptop and phone. It is also just removing my music from my laptop.

Are you seeing any other activity on your account, such as random playlists/songs being added? Or is it just offline songs being removed? Do all of them get removed, or only some?

In any case, we recommend you restart your devices and perform a clean reinstall by following the steps outlined here. This can solve many common problems that our users experience.
