Spotify can't find dbghelp.dll

When I try to start Spotify there's an Error stating "cannot find 'dbghelp.dll'. Please, re-install this application."

I've tried it multiple times, tried older versions and also tried to put the file in myself, nothing worked. I use Windows 10 but the Problem only accures on my Laptop, on my normal Pc it works fine (same system and all). I'm out of ideas and could realy use help on this.

- restore dbghelp.dll from the recycle bin

-reinstall the program that uses the dll file missing
