Yamaha Musiccast Player

My Yamaha Musiccast Player does only show up in my IOS Device List but not on my

Desktop App (Windows 10, x64). Once I start playing a song via iOS and select Musiccast Player it starts showing up on the Windows Spotify App.

I want to be able to initate playing via Windows Spotify App (without using the phone before)...is that possible...and if YES where could be the problem?
