My Question or Issue

Every half hour I have to restart my spotify. I am listening to a playlist, the commercial shows up, and than spotify crashes. I can click whatever I want, 'the selected song is played after the commercial', but the commercials does nothing.

It is a commercial called 'Spotify, Sponsored Message, and normally it lasts 0:10 seconds. I have to quit and start over and I can listen an other half hour.

Is this a bug and how can I resolve this? Thank you.

Hope you're doing great!

I know it sounds simple, but it's often overlooked. Could you try restarting your device? If that doesn't help, try a quick clean reinstall of the app. Just follow these steps.

If you're still having trouble, could you let me know the exact version of Spotify and the exact version of the operating system you're running on?

Thank you for your answer.

I have re-started, I have un-installed en downloaded again, and the problem is still here..

The version of Spotify is: 1.0.92.390.g2ce5ec7d (Windows Store-versie)

It's installed on a Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-7200U CPU @ 2.5GHz 2.71 GHz 64-bits

Windows 10 pro version 1803 (17134.345) installed 19-10-2018
