    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi there @PippoAe,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I too have been having issues of late, I thought Spotify/Chromecast issues were a thing of the past but apparently not so.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I read somewhere by chance that giving your Chromecast device a fixed IP address on your network does wonders to the extent it may 'permanently' fix the issue of missing devices. It's early days for me, only day two or three, but can confirm the improvement is real and I haven't had a bad connection since. It is well worth a shot.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Plan&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Premium&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Country&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Switzerland&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Device&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;OnePlus 6&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Operating System&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Android Pie (&lt;SPAN&gt;OxygenOS 9.0)&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;My Question or Issue&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The spotify app won't find the available chromecast-devices while other apps (e.g. Google "Home") find the devices immediately.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Restarting spotify or wifi won't help most of the time.&lt;BR /&gt;Clearing spotify-cache was the only workaround that seems to work reliably for now.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
