Cannot remove an artist

So there is an artist on my artist page that I cannot remove no matter what I try. I am not following the artist and I have no songs favorited, saved, or anything from them. I don't know how they got in there because I do not remember ever even listening to them. They are the only artist on the page that does not have "Following" written under them and it is really annoying that I cannot remove them from this page, has anyone else experienced this that can help?

Can you let me know if this also happens in other devices? I'd recommend having a clean reinstall of the app just in case.

Thanks, I normally use the mobile app but I have tried using the web browser version as well.

So this happens on both mobile and Web Player versions of Spotify, right? Would you be able to send me a screenshot of the issue so I can take a look? Also, did having the clean reinstall help at all?
