Play button does not play music

My Question or Issue

If I search for an artist, then in the search results, click the main play button, just where it says "Top results", I don't hear anything.

Also, if I then click on the artist, and go to their home page, and then click on thje main play button at the top, the same thing happens.

The only way I can hear anything, is to click play next to a song, then if I pause this, and try the play button at the top of the screen, it then works OK!

Any ideas please? Thanks a lot!

By main play button do you mean the play symbol that appears on the artist's picture under Top Result in search?

I suggest reinstalling your Spotify app, to refresh things up. Follow this article as a guide on how to 🙂
