Keep Spotify open and try this:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;1. click on speaker icon on Taskbar.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;2. click on Mixer. (you can also right-click on speaker icon and select 'open Volume Mixer'.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;3. See if Spotify is muted or not. If yes, unmute it. If not, try muting and unmuting it, then restart Spotify.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Also, take a look at the Communications setting:&lt;BR /&gt;1. Find the speaker icon on Taskbar. Right-click on it and select Sounds.&lt;BR /&gt;2. In the opened window go to Communications and set Windows to do nothing.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Let me know how it goes!&lt;/P&gt;</description>
