My Question or Issue

I've looked everywhere for a fix for this issue, but it hasn't been resolved [Cleared cache, uninstalled etc...). I listen to Spotify quite frequently when doing work and gaming, but recently the media overlay started showing, even though this was clearly disabled. After 30 minutes or restarting Spotify it seems to forget that this option is disabled, see attatched image. I'm considering getting rid of Spotify because of this, it ruins my workflow and gets in the way. When will Spotify address this issue?
