Error Code 17, A Firewall may be blocking Spotify!

Firewall is not blocking Spotify! I enabled Spotify in every way through firewall. Web player works perfectly but Windows app doesn't. It displayes error: A firewall may be blocking Spotify. Please update your firewall to allow Spotify. Additionally you could try changing the proxy settings (Error Code: 17). PLEASE HELP! I don't want to play it over web Chrome is murdering my RAM!
