The only thing that seems to work is doing a clean reinstall but the issue persists the next time I start up my PC. I have tried multiple solutions and this is the only thing that fixes it temporarily. I'm here asking for help on finding a permanent solution. Please keep in mind I am not using the Windows 10 store app but the desktop application and if possible I would like to keep using the desktop application.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
