&lt;P&gt;Does the same thing happen with other pages on &lt;A href="http://spotify.com" target="_self"&gt;Spotify.com&lt;/A&gt;? Make sure that you go to the site settings of your browser and allow pop-ups, ads, redirects, and full functionality.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Also make sure you're not using VPN.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If that doesn't work, get back with a screenshot and we'll have a closer look.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

      <title>Cannot access Spotify on desktop</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Device&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;PC&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Operating System&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Windows 10&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Chrome&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;My Question or Issue&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;I noticed a couple of weeks ago that I couldn't go online in the desktop app. I signed out and tried to log in again, but it timed out.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I then uninstalled spotify and went to the spotify website to re-download, but every time I try to access the Spotify website it times out.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Spotify app works fine on my Android device and I can access the spotify website no problems using Chrome on my phone, on the same WiFi network as my PC.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I've tried:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;- Resetting router&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;- Changing firewall settings&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;- Clearing cache&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;- Using another browser&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;- Using a different WiFi network&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;spotify.com still times out every time i try to access it on my PC.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;It sounds like there might've been something temporary going on. We suggest that you try again, and open the &lt;A href="https://www.spotify.com/download/other/" target="_self"&gt;download page&lt;/A&gt; in an incognito window.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Let us know if it works better this time &lt;span class="lia-unicode-emoji" title=":slightly_smiling_face:"&gt;🙂&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
