Already tried. No Dice. Still will not play

In addtion to that I tried it in incognito and same thing.

I also so had (Best Buy Geek Squad) do a tuneup and cleaning and updates

to the pc and everything is up to date. They ran all their scanning tools for everything

and they said there is nothing on my pc that is stopping the web player and they said

it maybe on Spotify's end.

Web Player Not Working

Plan: Free

Country: USA

Device: ASUS PC

Operating System: Windows1 0

My Question or Issue:

The web player will not play anything on ALL web browsers installed.

I do not have any personal firewalls installed. I use Avast free which is not blocking

it because it's the free version.

I have no add ons on my Chrome Firefox or internet explorer 11

a few weeks earlier and all of a sudden it will not play anything. It isn't an Internet connection issue because I wouldn't be able to come here and report this to you if I had that issue. I have NO other devices Androids iPhones or Tablets so that rules that out. I even had the people from where I bought the PC look at the it and did all the tune-up and cleaning and updating and they say everything is great. So that covers ALL the bases. Why does it not play?

Hey @Timko67

Can you try clearing your browsers cache to see if it works. For chrome you can do it like this:

On your computer, open Chrome.

At the top right, click More

Click More tools > Clear browsing data.

At the top, choose a time range. To delete everything, select All time.

Next to "Cookies and other site data" and "Cached images and files," check the boxes.

Click Clear data

Hope it works. Would be happy to answer any other questions you have. Have a nice day 🙂
