Chromecast Audio & Spotify Premium

I experience that the sound quality playing Spotify on my mobile phone streaming to Chromecast Audio is very poor! Also streaming to Chromecast Audio controlled by Google Home ("... play Avicii Spotify on Chromecast"). I actually think the sound quality is even poorer via Google Home (should it be same?). This is very disappointing.

I am pretty sure my setup and settings are correct (and I have Premium, fast/fiber internet & Google WIFI ...).

The sound quality is much better connecting my phone/spotify to my speakers via 3.5mm (or even via Bluetooth).

I read:

- Android - Very high, equivalent to approximately 320kbit/s (Ogg Vorbis format).

- Chromecast - Standard quality for streaming Spotify with Chromecast is AAC 128kbit/s, and 256kbit/s for Premium.

Why AAC on Chromecast Audio (it supports Ogg Vorbis, or?). Is AAC compressed two times (first to Ogg Vorbis and then to AAC)?

So, my questions sums up to:

1) 256kbit/s AAC when streaming to CC from Spotify app & Google Home?

2) Not compressed twice when AAC?

3) Is the difference I hear probably because of AAC (app/Google Home & CC) vs. Ogg Vorbis (app & 3,5mm)?
