    <description>&lt;P&gt;This seems like it will never work but have you tried&lt;STRONG&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/STRONG&gt;reinstalling spotify on your computer then restarting/shutting it down? If I close the application and try to restart I get an error that the application is not responding.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I reinstalled and it worked for half the day. After work it stopped and I had to reinstall again. This morning when I got to work it stopped working again. Any ideas on a longer term solution? I get a generic windows popup box that the application isn't responding.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
