Plan

Premium

Country

Germany

Device

PC, Sony Xperia XZ

Operating System

Windows 10, Android

My Question or Issue

I have several Sony SRS-ZR5 Speaker and a Sony HT-CT790 Soundbar coupled with two SRS-ZR5 as Surround System. The problem is that on Desktop (neither the Desktop App nor the Web App) Spotify shows the Single Speakers, but is not able to detect the Surround System. On the Android App Spotify sees the Surround System and I can use it. As soon as I have chosen the Surround System (Spotify Connect) on the Android App, the Desktop App sees it as well. This is really annoying. Is it possible to fix this on the Desktop App, so that I can see there the Surround System also from start?
