My Question or Issue

I have freshly wiped my computer of all files in attempt to solve this issue myself beforehand. Spotify upon launching, opens the window for a split moment long enough for the black background to show, and immediately closes itself. It lingers in my taskbar's hidden icons until I wave my mouse over it, prompting it to also disappear immediately.

I've tried using the web player for the time being as well. Going to this web address (https://open.spotify.com/browse) crashes my browser, no matter which browser I'm using.

I'm quite lost. I've tried a ton of things. The app works fine on mobile, just not on my PC.
