Spotify not working

My Question or Issue

It doesn't play any playlist and it says that "Spotify can't play this right now. If you have the file on your computer you can import it." I tried to reinstall it, restarted my pc and i also checked for my audio drivers' updates.

Hope you're doing great!

Have you tried using a different internet connection? If that doesn't work, please tell me if you're using the app or web player - and send me a screenshot of the error message being shown so I can take a look.
